1 Digital Goods Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (E-books and Digital Bundles), which cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the file or a download link has been provided, the transaction is considered complete.
2 Exceptions & Technical Issues
We only consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- The digital file is corrupted or damaged.
- The download link is broken and cannot be fixed by our support team.
- Multiple charges occurred for the same transaction by mistake.
3 How to Request Assistance
If you face any technical issues with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase. Provide your order number and a description of the problem to support@digro.store. We are committed to ensuring you receive your files successfully.
4 Abuse of Policy
Digro Store reserves the right to refuse a refund if we detect any fraudulent activity or abuse of the digital access. We track download logs to ensure fair usage of our platform.
